According to Elon Musk, Amber Heard and Johnny Depp should just ‘bury the hatchet and move on’ rather than continue their lengthy and nasty lawsuit.

This newest remark from the world’s wealthiest man comes as fresh evidence claims that Musk may have been involved in a threesome with Heard and Cara Delevingne during the time that Musk and Delevingne were involved in an alleged covert romance back in 2016.

Musk, on the other hand, claims that he and Cara never had a romantic relationship. Musk’s alleged involvement with Heard, according to the court records filed, began while she was still married to Depp and before the couple officially divorced, according to the filings.

Musk informed Page Six that the new allegations, which have been made by Josh Drew, Heard and Depp’s acquaintance and ex-neighbor, are completely unfounded.

Musk said: “Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate. She would confirm this. Also, I wish to confirm again that Amber and I only started going out about a month after her divorce filing. I don’t think I was ever even in the vicinity of Amber during their marriage!”

In response to the $50 million lawsuit that Depp has filed against his ex-wife for defamation, he continues: “Regarding this lawsuit, I would recommend that everyone involved bury the hatchet and move on, life is too short for such extended negativity. Nobody is going to say, after it’s all over, that they wished the court battle had lasted longer!”

Earlier this week, a representative for Musk said the court lawsuit in Fairfax County, Virginia, was ‘nonsense, a soap opera.’

Amber Heard did have a connection with Musk for a period of time, but Musk has said that their relationship began only after she was divorced from Depp, although Depp has maintained otherwise. In 2015, when Depp was shooting, he claims that Heard was visited by Elon Musk ‘late at night,’ according to personnel at the Eastern Columbia Building, where the two were staying.

Musk has been subpoenaed by the actor for any interactions with Heard that he may have had over the course of their marriage, as well as any texts, emails, or conversations that may have referenced any claims of domestic abuse.
