Johnny Depp’s Team Call Amber Heard’s Testimony ‘The Performance of Her Life’

According to Johnny Depp’s lawyers, Amber Heard’s statements are nothing more than a piece of performance art.

The response from Depp’s team said that Heard’s tales of abuse had evolved over time, with ‘new and convenient information’ being added as time has passed yet Depp’s “recollections have remained exactly the same throughout the 6 painful years since her first allegations were made.

“As Mr Depp’s counsel correctly predicted in their opening statements last month, Ms Heard did indeed deliver ‘the performance of her life’ in her direct examination.” A Spokesman said of a prediction made by Johnny’s legal team.

They also believe that the impending cross-examination by Johnny Depp’s team will be crucial, as Depp’s lawyers home in on purported contradictions in her accounts of the events. As you are aware, Amber completed day 2 of her evidence… during which she informed the jury that he referred to her as a “nagging bitch” and a “c***.”

Heard’s tears streamed down her cheeks as she claimed Johnny Depp threatening to “carve up” her face with a bottle and then putting the bottle inside of her her during a quarrel. Read more about that HERE.

“I didn’t know if the bottle he had inside me was broken,” she said, holding back tears as she breathed heavily. “I couldn’t feel it. I couldn’t feel anything.”

Her legal representatives said that Depp lacks the capacity to discriminate between reality and fantasy. They also criticized the actor’s demeanor throughout the trial, accusing him of exhibiting a lack of courage while sketching ‘doodles’ and snickering. There will be a one-week break from the trial, and jurors have been instructed not to use social media during the break in order to avoid having their views affected.
